BRING ON THE TAPER! I ran 20 miles this morning. I’m a badass BEAST. I survived and dare I say, even liked it.
I ran the same hilly route as last week, plus a mile, in 2:55:20 with an average 8:46 pace. I only ended up with one blister (no chaffing! YAY!) and am able to walk this afternoon. I’d call that a well executed training run!
