I’m sorry to say I didn’t exercise at all this week until today. We had a distraction here that took up some time, and it’s been rainy and cold! But anyways….
Since I hadn’t run in nearly a week, I scaled the running part to 3 minutes each (4x) with 1.5 minute intervals between them, for a total of 30 minutes.
Run/jog time: 12 minutes
Walk time: 18 minutes.
