New green smoothie recipe!

This smoothie is fruitless- therefore, if you’re just starting out with green smoothies, you may want to wait until your palate is more accustomed to the taste of liquid vegetables. 

Today’s recipe:

  1. Spinach
  2. 2 large stalks of celery
  3. juice of 1 lemon
  4. Plain organic coconut water
  5. chia seeds

This one has more of a salty taste to it, so you may want to add 2 lemons. I find celery in my green smoothies to make them extra refreshing, perfect after a hot run!
