I love waking up without a hangover on a Sunday! Ha! Body clock woke me up at 7.30 so I lay around then got myself up and through a little stretching/yoga routine and practiced my headstands and backbends!
They are definitely getting better, its great to see the progress!
Its my rest day today so I am taking it easy.
I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try out the recipe I found for protein pancakes!
They were delicious, and so good for you. I think this may be a new post workout snack for me.
Mmmm let me know if you would like the recipe. This was also my first soirée with coconut oil, its so easy to use. I don’t really like coconut so I’m forcing myself to like it but I really couldn’t taste it at all.
